It has always been acknowledged that social work practice raises ethical dilemmas on a regular basis. These dilemmas occur due to a conflict of professional and personal values. Social work is involved with the support of people who have a variety of needs, with relationships within the family, with needs ascending from structural influences; such as poverty and conflicts with society. These are individually moral concerns which are integrated into the tradition of society, and are therefore laden with social values. The above code of ethics formed a pillar for the social worker’s codes of ethics. In the methodology section, Osmo and Landau (2006) discussed how they used a structured questionnaire of 12 ethical principles as their main data instrument. In the end, the statistical technique which are used to analyze the data are frequencies, descriptive analysis, factor analysis and through regression we can check the impact of these variables on work life balance. The results of regression analysis indicates that, all variables impact insignificantly on work life balance except personal commitment, the reason behind is that the employee face hurdles when he/she commits to somebody.
